If a product is faulty or is the wrong size we are happy to replace the item if we can.

If replacing is not possible then we are happy to refund the item.

Returns must be sent back within 7 working days from receiving the goods. Returns must be in the condition you received it in. Make sure you use a tracked shipping method for returning the product only as Hikkepik is not responsible for lost return goods. 

Once we receive the goods please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Credit Card refunds can take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.  

Sale items… Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
